Welcome to the Shipping Policy for MyLadduGopal.com (Owned by Fifth Shield). We strive to make every order delivery as smooth, timely, and joyful as possible, so that your Laddu Gopal’s adornments arrive safely in your hands.
1. Order Processing Time
After you place your order, we begin processing it within 1–2 business days.
Because many of our products (poshaks, jewellery, mukuts, etc.) are handcrafted with care by Indian artisans, some items may take 3–5 business days for preparation, depending on design complexity and availability.
Note: The product will be delivered to your location within 10 days.
If there’s any delay (for example, due to festival demand or stock issues), we will notify you via email or phone as soon as possible.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with trusted courier services across India to deliver your order safely.
Depending on your location, we may use standard shipping or express shipping (where available).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the package, the dimensions of the parcel, and the destination zip code.
The exact shipping cost for your order will be shown at checkout, before you complete your purchase.
Occasionally, we may run free-shipping promotions (for example, orders above a certain value); if so, the terms will be clearly stated on our website.
4. Delivery Timeframe
For most Indian addresses, the estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days from the date of dispatch (this includes both the crafting/packing time and courier transit).
For more remote areas, or during peak seasons (festivals, holidays), delivery times may vary slightly.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times, not guarantees — external factors such as courier delays, weather, or customs (for occasional international orders) may affect delivery.
5. International Shipping
At present, our primary operations and shipping focus are within India.
If you place an international order (where allowed), additional import duties, taxes, or custom fees may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These are the customer’s responsibility.
International delivery timelines will also be longer; we will provide estimates at checkout.
6. Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is correct and complete (including pin code, street, landmark, mobile number).
We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery if the address provided is incomplete or wrong.
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment, but additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Receiving Your Order
When your parcel arrives, please inspect the package carefully for any signs of damage or tampering before accepting it.
If there is visible damage, you can refuse delivery (subject to courier policy) — please also take photos and inform our customer support team immediately.
If you accept a damaged package, please contact us within 24–48 hours, share the photographs, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
8. Order Tracking & Updates
You will get tracking details via the email we send once your order is shipped.
You can use that tracking number on the courier’s website (or via their app) to check real-time status.
If you have any concerns or see unexpected delay, feel free to reach out: we will support you proactively.
9. Lost or Undelivered Orders
In rare cases, a package may be lost or not delivered even after shipment.
If the tracking status shows an issue, or if your order hasn’t arrived within 2× the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us.
We will coordinate with the courier and initiate an investigation. Depending on the outcome, we may offer a reshipment or refund.
10. Changes to Your Order / Shipping Requests
If you want to change your shipping address after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate such requests before the package is dispatched.
However, once the order is shipped, we may not be able to modify the address.
